About me and how I work
Luli Nardi
My professional journey has been shaped by a long-standing interest in human behaviour, relationships, and the ways people navigate change. I began my path in the human sciences by studying Psychology, drawn to understanding not only the mind, but also how emotional and relational patterns unfold in everyday life. That foundation led me into Human Resources and leadership roles, including more than a decade working closely with individuals, teams, and leaders, and culminating in an Executive Management position within the largest Real Estate Property Development Group in South America. Throughout this period, I supported people through decision-making, transitions, conflict, and growth, experiences that continue to strongly inform my counselling work today.
Alongside my corporate career, I completed a Coaching Specialisation and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, working with clients since 2014 through both structured coaching programs and individual support sessions. This combination of psychology, coaching, and leadership experience has allowed me to develop a practical and grounded approach that bridges insight with everyday life challenges. When appropriate, I integrate evidence-informed tools, reflective exercises, assessments, and tailored support materials to help clients gain clarity, track progress, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change. Over time, it became clear to me that what mattered most was not performance or outcomes alone, but the human experience behind them.
Originally from Brazil, I have lived in Australia for over a decade and bring a strong multicultural perspective to my work. My personal life, including building a cross-cultural relationship and raising a family, has shaped how I understand communication, identity, connection, and the complexities of relationships over time. These lived experiences complement my professional training and enhance my capacity to work with individuals and couples in a thoughtful, empathetic, and realistic way.
Today, my counselling practice brings all of this together. I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and personal growth. I have a particular interest in supporting couples and families through major life changes, such as becoming parents, adjusting to new roles, and reorganising daily routines.
Many of the people I work with experience high mental load, ongoing overwhelm, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. Drawing on my background in leadership and systems thinking, I support clients in creating more functional households and healthier relationships, through practical structures, shared routines, and realistic strategies that reduce stress and strengthen connection.
My approach is collaborative, reflective, and practical, grounded in real life rather than ideals of perfection, and focused on creating more functional and intentional ways of relating, both to themselves and to others.
I believe meaningful change begins with understanding. When people feel heard, supported, and safe to explore what lies beneath their patterns, new possibilities naturally emerge. My role is to walk alongside you in this process, offering guidance, clarity, and structured support at a pace that feels right for you.
